Michael Malherbe – Director | CEO Michael Malherbe was the founding director of Bay Building Services back in 1982 and it was his innovation in 1990 that turned a Melbourne based building company into the national Insurance Building Company that exists today. Under Michael’s leadership and with his passion and vision the company has grown to include Bay Building Services, Linx Contents Services and Flooring Services Australia which now boasts multiple offices across Victoria and Queensland. |

Kane Malherbe – Director | Group General Manager Kane Malherbe has worked for Bay Building Services since 1998 across all facets of the business and in 2006/2007 Kane was the driving force behind the establishment of Flooring Services Australia. In 2008 Kane was appointed as a Director / Business Development Manager and now oversees much of the day to day operations of the company. Kane brings with him his enthusiasm, passion and business smarts that will see Bay Building Group thrive for years to come. |

Brendan Allwood – Director | Group General Manager Brendan Allwood joined Bay Building Services in 1994 after 20 years operating his own construction company. By 2000, Brendan was made General Manager and a Company Director. Brendan is responsible for driving many of the business initiatives and is recognised and trusted for his vast experience and expertise within the construction and insurance building industry. |

Mark Wilson – Director | Group Construction Manager Mark Wilson joined Bay Building Services in 1996 as a carpenter. In 2005 Mark was appointed National Construction Manager and later was made a Director of the company. Mark has a long history in the insurance building industry and is renowned for his hands on approach and his attention to detail. His building knowledge and work ethic have ensured the day to day Construction side of the business is in good hands. |
