“After a recent fire Bay Building Services undertook works to restore the property. We were under an unusual time frame as we had sold the property before the fire and settlement was looming.
 
Every tradesman (joiner, electrician, builder, painter) I came in contact with was so polite and sorry for our situation.  Everyone involved was fantastic and they pulled out all stops for me. A special mention should be made of Kenny.  Everyday contact with me to make sure I was happy and site visits to ensure he was happy made the whole situation so much better.
 
If the situation hadn't involved a fire and the loss that comes with it, then it would have been one of the most positive building experiences of my life!!!!!!
